You may say why is it worth to go to the Tekla
Villa? First of all it is worth to visit the most famous Hungarian
sights the Royal Palace and Museum, and the Citadel where you
can get acquainted with the middle ages history of Hungary. If
we are talking about Viusegrád we have to mention the bobsleigh
course near the Citadell which is open all year round. Below
the Citadel is the Salamon Tower where knightly tournaments are
held regularly.
The Tekla Villa is situated near village Dömös,
where monuments from the middle ages can be found. From the
centre of the village
starts the popular walking path to the Rám-szakadék (Rám couloir)
and Prédikáló szék (Preaching chair).
Tekla Villa is only 16 km far
from Esztergom where you can see a lot of sights, for example
there you can find the biggest
cathedral
of Hungary.
